KOHINOOR ADHUNIK EKTA SANGH(“we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered non-governmental organization (Reg. No: F-0015597(RGD)) based in Raigarh, Maharashtra, is committed to transparency in our financial and operational practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for donations, event participation, and other engagements with our organization.

1. Donations

  • Non-Refundable: All donations made to Sahyadri Vanyajiv Rakashnarth Samajik Sanstha are voluntary and non-refundable, as they directly support our community development, environmental conservation, and social empowerment initiatives.
  • Error in Donation: If you believe an error occurred during your donation (e.g., incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days at svrssraigad@gmail.com or +91 9922330286. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide guidance on corrective measures.
  • Tax Receipts: Eligible donors will receive acknowledgment for tax purposes, subject to applicable laws. Contact us for details.

2. Event or Program Participation

  • Cancellation by Participant: If you register for an event or program (e.g., volunteer activity, workshop) and need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email (svrssraigad@gmail.com) or phone (+91 9922330286). Refunds for paid events, if applicable, will be processed at our discretion, minus any administrative costs.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel an event or program due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify participants promptly and offer a full refund for any paid fees or the option to reschedule participation.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a registered event without prior notice will not qualify for a refund.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, subject to verification.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days .

4. Disputes

If you have concerns about a donation or event payment, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve issues amicably and transparently.
